Retail Partner Agreement

The simple version

We give you a display stand and a free starter range of stickers to get going. You sell the starter stock and keep the proceeds. You're only ever charged when you choose to place a paid reorder through your private link. This is not consignment — there are no stock counts and nothing to report or reconcile.

1. The stand

The display stand is on loan and stays our property. Please keep it clean, visible and used only for My Sticker Life products, and return it within 7 days if the arrangement ends.

2. Free starter stock

The starter stock is a free marketing allocation — supplied at no charge and never invoiced. It's yours to sell, and the proceeds are yours to keep. We don't count it, reconcile it, or bill you for it.

3. Reorders (how you're charged)

When you need more, you place a paid reorder through your private link. Reorders are sold in packs (a pack is a fixed number of stickers per design). You're charged for reorders only. New accounts pay before dispatch; longer payment terms can be earned over time.

4. Pricing

Reorder prices are shown in your portal and include VAT. We may update pricing on reasonable notice. There's no obligation to reorder — order as much or as little as you like, whenever you like.

5. The stand & your store

Please keep the stand in a visible spot and reasonably cared for. We may ask for a photo of the display from time to time, and may refresh the range.

6. Branding & designs

All My Sticker Life artwork and branding stays ours. Venue-specific or custom designs, and any exclusivity, are agreed separately in writing before production.

7. Term & ending

Either side can end the arrangement on 30 days' notice. On ending, please return the stand within 7 days. Any unpaid reorder invoices remain due. Governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

This summary reflects the My Sticker Life Retail Partner Agreement. The full signed agreement governs in the event of any difference.
