These terms govern the relationship between a retail stockist and My Sticker Life. The short version: we give you a free display stand and a free starter selection of stickers and magnets to sell and keep the proceeds from. You only ever pay when you place a paid reorder to restock what sells.
Last updated: June 2026. The signed Retail Partner Agreement you complete at onboarding, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us.
“We”, “us”, “the Supplier” and “My Sticker Life” refer to Just Identification Systems (Reg. 2000/063841/23, VAT 4400190734), 7 Sugnet Ln, Lone Hill, Sandton 2062, trading as My Sticker Life. “You”, “the Retailer” or “the Stockist” means the shop that accepts these terms. “Products” means the stickers, decals and magnets we supply.
This is a stock-and-sell partnership, not consignment and not a stock-count or commission scheme. We place a display stand and a free starter selection of Products in your shop. You display and sell them, and you restock by placing paid reorders. There is nothing to count, reconcile or report back to us.
The starter stock is supplied free of charge as a marketing allocation. You may sell it and keep 100% of the proceeds. It is never invoiced. Ownership of the starter stock passes to you on delivery for the purpose of resale. We are not entitled to any share of what you sell from it.
The display stand remains the property of My Sticker Life and is provided to you on free loan. Please keep it in good condition and displayed in an accessible, visible spot in your store. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear. If the partnership ends, or if we reasonably request it, the stand (and any unsold free starter stock, if requested) is to be returned to us in good order.
When you need more stock you place a paid reorder through your private reorder link. Reorders are sold in fixed packs (a pack is a set number of stickers of one design — usually 5). There is no strict minimum order: delivery is free on reorders of R500 or more, and a R99 delivery fee applies to smaller orders. We may adjust which designs are available to your store from time to time to keep your range fresh and relevant.
All reorder prices are shown inclusive of VAT at 15%. Just Identification Systems is a registered VAT vendor, and an official tax invoice is issued for every paid reorder. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your reorder.
Payment terms are agreed per account. The standard term is payment by invoice within 7 days of dispatch. New accounts may be asked to pay before dispatch, and longer terms may be offered at our discretion over time. We may pause supply on accounts with overdue balances.
We arrange delivery of reorders to your store. Risk in reorder stock passes to you on delivery. Ownership of reorder stock passes to you once we have received payment in full.
All artwork, designs, names and branding remain the property of My Sticker Life or its licensors. You may resell the Products as supplied, but you may not copy, reproduce, reprint, alter or create derivative versions of any design, or use our branding except to promote the Products you stock.
This arrangement is non-exclusive unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may supply other stores, including in your area.
Either of us may end the partnership at any time on reasonable notice. On ending, any outstanding invoices remain payable, and the display stand (and unsold free starter stock, if we request it) is to be returned to us in good condition.
The Products are decorative items. If any Product is defective, we will replace it or refund it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We use the details you give us only to manage your account, fulfil orders and communicate with you about your supply, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We don’t sell your information.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at mystickerlife.co.za. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
